Italian Journals on Latin America. The Third Issue of “Studi Latinoamericani/Estudios Latinoamericanos”

The essay analyses the process through which Italian scholarship moved towards a recognition of the Latin-American world, beginning from its earliest steps onwards. Special attention is dedicated to the literary journals first promoting the dissemination of Latin-American culture in Italy and world wise.
