Migrants' Language: Paradigm of Identity and Metaphor of Thinking (With Some Notes on Venetian Poetry in Rio Grande do Sul)

Food, identity and memory are strictly connected in the migratory experience, which  links nourishment system together with language system: in the mouth, maternal words and food, knowledge and flavors live in the same space.
